At Monare Mason D'Élégance, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer protection laws.
Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. After notifying us of your intention to return, you then have an additional 14 days to send the item(s) back.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Custom-made or personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to Return an Item

Send an email to [your email address] with your order number and reason for return (optional).

You will receive return instructions from us.

Return the item(s) to the provided address within 14 days of notifying us.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days, using the original payment method.
If you are returning part of an order, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Returns are not accepted for the following items:

Personalized or custom-made products.

Items that are not suitable to be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear), if the seal or packaging has been opened.
